The divorce changes your family.
It doesn't have to define your parenting.

Whether you're separating, divorced, or simply finding parenting harder than it used to be, your relationship with your child deserves attention.

Private parenting coaching to help you understand what's happening, respond with greater confidence, and build the relationship you want to have with your child.

Parenting

Perhaps you're seeing your children less than you used to.

Perhaps you're doing most of the parenting and feeling stretched thin.

Perhaps your once-chatty child has become a teenager who communicates primarily through grunts and closed doors.

Or perhaps you're trying to work out how to remain the parent you want to be while everything around your family is changing.

You love your children. That doesn't mean you always know what to do with them.

And sometimes the way you've been parenting simply isn't working anymore.

Parenting isn't always the job you thought you signed up for.

You can't control your child's behaviour. You can change how you parent.

Parenting coaching isn't about finding the perfect technique to make your child do what you want.

It's about understanding what's happening in your relationship, recognising what you can influence, and developing the skills to respond differently.

We work on three things:

Understand. What's happening beneath the behaviour? What has changed in your family, your child, or the way you relate to each other?

Respond. How can you communicate, set boundaries, manage conflict and respond to difficult situations more effectively?

Connect. How do you build and maintain a relationship with your child that can evolve as they grow and your circumstances change?

This isn't about becoming a perfect parent.

It's about becoming a more intentional one.

wE WORK ON your actual parenting problems

Not hypothetical ones. Not the ones in a parenting book.

The ones happening in your house.

That might mean navigating a child's anger following separation, rebuilding connection when contact is limited, dealing with a teenager who has stopped communicating, or learning how to set boundaries without turning every conversation into an argument.

Sessions are private, practical and tailored to your circumstances.

We look at what's happening, challenge assumptions that may not be helping, and work towards something you can actually put into practice.

You won't leave with a list of 27 parenting hacks.

You'll leave with greater clarity about what to do next, and why.

Not therapy. Not legal advice.
This work supports calm decision-making alongside professional services where needed.

Start with a Parenting Strategy Audit.

Before we decide what ongoing support might look like, let's work out what's actually going on.

In this private 60-minute session, we'll explore your current parenting challenges, identify what you want to change, and work through practical next steps.

You may find that one session gives you what you need. If there's more work to do, we can discuss further coaching.
