Private Mediation

For couples who want to design their divorce, not fight through it.

A different way to resolve a marriage

Adversarial processes often escalate conflict rather than resolve it.

Mediation works when people are prepared to negotiate thoughtfully - not defensively.

This process is designed to create that shift.

Why this mediation is different

Each party completes an individual intake before the joint mediation begins.

Preparation before negotiation

Sessions are structured to surface real interests, not entrench positions.

Designed Process

No lawyers needed.  Clear communication.  Forward momentum.

Direct, calm resolution
