Former family lawyer. Mediator. Divorce coach. In your corner.
Three months of private strategic divorce coaching for the decisions, negotiations and difficult moments that keep landing on your desk.
People change their minds. Lawyers send letters you weren’t expecting. Your ex may behave exactly as your ex has always behaved. You may have days when you handle it beautifully, and days when you absolutely do not.
The work isn’t about controlling all of that.
It’s about knowing what matters to you. Knowing what you’re going to do. Knowing how you want to do it. And learning how to carry yourself through the parts that are difficult.
That’s what we work on together over three months.
The decisions, yes. But also the communication. The relationships. The parenting. The practicalities. The emotions. The person you want to be when you come out the other side.
From people who've had me in their corner:
WHAT CHANGES WHEN YOU HAVE SOMEONE IN YOUR CORNER?
APPARENTLY, I KNOW MY SHIT.
"My divorce coach knows her shit!"
BUT MORE USEFULLY...
"I used to react to every message my ex-wife sent. Working with Iman changed that. I learned to read the situation clearly, respond strategically, and set the tone.
Over time, my ex's messages became shorter, clearer, and far less charged.
I found Iman. She makes everything so much clearer and has an incredible amount of patience with me — although she’s also hard on me when I need it.
More importantly, I gained meaningful time with my kids that I thought I'd lost."
The biggest change has been in how I think about my divorce. I started with a wish list of what I wanted to happen. Iman has helped me work out what is actually realistic, what matters, where it’s worth fighting and where I need to let go.
"I'm SO glad
I understand how to work with my lawyer and give clearer instructions, and even how to get things moving when I’m not getting the response I need.
Yes, she gives me homework.
I do it."
Not therapy. Not legal advice.
This work supports calm decision-making alongside professional services where needed.
THE CLIENT EXPERIENCE
1. We start with your Divorce Audit. We establish what's happening, identify priorities and decide what needs attention.
2. We work through the next three months. Coaching sessions are used for decisions, preparation, communication and strategy as your divorce develops.
3. You do the work between sessions. You put decisions into practice, gather information and prepare for what comes next, with the agreed level of support.
4. We review and decide what's next. Depending on where your divorce stands, you may need continued support, occasional input or no further coaching.
That's closer to the norm here than the exception. The high-conflict divorce certification exists for exactly this. And 19 years inside family law. I've acted for people like you. I've also acted for people like your ex. I know how that side thinks, because I've stood on it.
I can't change your ex's behaviour. I can build a strategy that doesn't depend on their cooperation to work.
Control, manipulation, bad-faith negotiating: these patterns come up constantly, and the strategy is built around the pattern, not around hoping the person changes.
No. Built for anyone navigating this, not one gender's version.
You get 6 sessions at approximately fortnightly intervals, with the ability to add sessions at a special rate as well as make concierge requests. What matters over three months is the progress you make, and that depends on you as much as it depends on me. You have to do the work between sessions.
That's not a coaching question. Safety risk: police, immediately, don't wait on a message from me. Legal deadline today: your lawyer, first. This is for the ongoing strategy work, not for emergencies.
Normal. That's what the first conversation is for.
Yes. If meeting in person is something you need, it can be arranged, with an additional fee.
You can pay for a block in full or spread it monthly.
