Coaching is not therapy, counselling, medical advice, or mental health treatment.

Any legal, financial, medical, or therapeutic decisions remain your responsibility, and you are encouraged to seek appropriate professional advice where needed.

Participation in coaching or mediation does not create a lawyer-client relationship unless expressly agreed in writing under a separate engagement.

Payment is required in full at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed.

Sessions must be used within the stated validity period (if applicable).

Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session.

Late cancellations or no-shows may be forfeited and are non-refundable.

We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue services at our discretion where appropriate.
