pick MY day >>

One day, live online, with a former family lawyer. You leave with a dated 90-day plan you built yourself: what to do first, what to find out, and what to park on purpose.

Led by Iman Ibrahim, a former family lawyer with 19 years in Singapore and England & Wales., now a high-conflict divorce coach and practising mediator.

LIVE ONLINE · 9:00 am to 3:15 pm SGT
·Max 8 people per day
·Founding Edition Sat 28 and Sun 29 Nov 2026 · from S$248

Stop making your divorce up as you go.

Private day and later dates also available.

I've been Googling.
I NEED to work out the money.

YOU - Notes, 11:47PM

Do I speak to a lawyer now?
What happens to the house?
Maybe after Christmas.

What do I actually need to know?

i should probably get organised...

What if I'm not ready?

You've got a notes app full of questions. You've read the articles and have three tabs open about CPF. A friend, a cousin and a stranger on a forum have each told you what they would do but none of it agrees.

What you haven't got is the order of what to do first. What to find out before you decide anything. What to leave alone for now on purpose. Which questions are for a lawyer, which are for a mediator, and which are for a financial planner.

Meanwhile things keep moving. The other side sends a message. A deadline turns up. And the decisions you didn't make get made anyway. Or you book a lawyer and spend the first billed hours working out what you actually wanted to ask.

Planning doesn't make the hard parts easier. It puts them in a sequence, with dates, so on Monday you know what comes next.

Thinking about your divorce is not the same as planning it.

What you leave with.
Five things in your hands by 3:15pm.

Filled in, in the room, with your own facts. Not a template you'll mean to get to.

Your workbook

Your next 90 days laid out in a 13-week grid. Stick it on the fridge or hide it in a drawer, depending on your household.

A one-page plan

For your lawyer, mediator, financial planner or counsellor. You stop paying hourly rates to work out what to ask.

A list of questions for your advisers

Already in your diary, with planning templates for day 30 and day 60.

Three first actions

Written in the room, for you to open on day 30.

A Day 30 Report

A head full of everything and no order to any of it.

Day 1

Three things done. A few things parked on purpose. A plan you can adjust when life shoves it.

Day 90

This is coaching and strategic planning. It is not legal advice, it won't change how the other side behaves, and it won't turn you into a different person in 90 days. It will make the next 90 days a lot less random.

4 hours 15 minutes live online, 9:00 am to 3:15 pm SGT.

Three working sessions, a tea break, a lunch break and a Q&A. Prep is light: after you sign up you get the workbook and a short list of documents to gather. Twenty minutes, optional, encouraged.

There's a task at lunch, so Session 3 starts with real information instead of guesses.

Where you actually are, before anyone asks where you want to be. [9:00am]

Session 1

Your options and routes, what each one involves, and what has to be decided, found out, asked or done. [10:15am]

Session 2

You build the plan and write your report live. [1:30pm]

Session 3

Your questions, answered, for up to an hour. [3:15pm, optional]

Q&A

it's a bootcamp, not a lecture. you do each step as we go.

THE 12 STEPS.
1.. Pressure map. Everything pressing on you, on one page.
2. Capacity check. How much you can actually take on right now.
3. North Star. What you want your life to look like when this is over.
4. Reality and red-flag check. What's true, what's unknown, and what needs a professional now.
5. Desired outcomes. What you want on the children, the home and the money.
6. Priorities and trade-offs. What matters most when you can't have everything.
7. Control. What's yours to decide and what isn't.
8. Decisions and route. The decisions in front of you and which route fits.
9. Support and information. Who and what you need around you.
10. 90-day roadmap. Your next 90 days, dated.
11. First three actions. Chosen and in your diary.
12. Day 30 report. Written to your future self.

Who this is for, and who it isn't.

For You if

  • You're thinking about divorce, preparing for it, or early in proceedings. (You're in Singapore - civil and Syariah both covered)
  • You want control back, and you'd rather have a plan than a pile of advice.
  • You don't know yet whether you'll file. That's fine. The plan might be to get advice, try mediation, sort out parenting arrangements, or wait on purpose. Waiting with a plan is still a plan.

NOT For You if

  • You want legal advice. This is coaching and strategic planning, and it doesn't replace a lawyer.
  • You want someone to tell you whether to divorce. This day helps you plan. It doesn't make the call.
  • You want to tell your whole story. A group day is a working day, not a sharing circle. If you want to talk through your story, book the private day.
  • You're in danger or feel unsafe right now. This day isn't the right first step. Contact the relevant authorities and/or seek legal advice.
  • Your situation is very high-conflict. That needs more than one planning day.

Cameras are optional in group sessions. Nobody is marking your background or your hair.

19 years in law · Singapore + England & Wales · Mediator · Coach

Who's running the day

I'm Iman Ibrahim. I practised family law for 19 years in Singapore and in England & Wales. I've sat across from people in the worst year of their lives, and I know what makes a divorce expensive, slow or ugly. I also know that a legal strategy with no room for the human in it falls apart fast.

I now coach people through divorce at The Divorce Atelier. I'm not interested in making divorce dramatic. I want yours boring: organised, predictable and as cheap as it can sensibly be.

I am a CDC-certified Divorce coach with specialised certification in High Conflict, Amicable and Holistic divorce coaching.

I am also ICF-ACC and a certified parenting coach. I have a para-counselling certification as well as certification in Therapeutic Justice.

Finally, I'm a mediator accredited with Singapore Mediation Centre.

Not therapy. Not legal advice.
This work supports calm decision-making alongside professional services where needed.

The rules of the room.

  • You agree to confidentiality and the house rules when you sign up, with a tick box. That applies to everyone, including me.

  • Nothing is recorded. I don't record the sessions, and nobody else may record, screenshot or share what happens in the room.

  • You don't tell your story. This is a working day, not a sharing circle. Nobody is asked to share personal details, name people or give case specifics. You do the personal work in your own workbook. If you want to go deep on your own situation, that's what the private day is for.

  • Your name on screen can be anything you like. Cameras are optional in group day.

  • Don't contact other participants after the day unless they've said yes first.

  • The sign-up form asks for your spouse's full name, so I can check I'm not working with both sides of the same divorce. It's used for that check only. More in the FAQs below.

  • A group on Zoom can't promise anonymity. If you need it, take the private day.

FAQs

Is it legal advice?

No. It's coaching and strategic planning. Iman practised family law for 19 years, so she knows what to plan for, but you still need your own lawyer for advice on your case.

I'm not sure I'm getting divorced. Should I come?

Yes, if you're thinking about it or preparing for it. Your plan might be to get advice, try mediation, sort out parenting arrangements or wait on purpose. You don't have to file in 2027 or at all.

Do I need documents ready?

No. After you sign up you get the workbook and a short list of documents worth gathering. It takes about 20 minutes and it's optional.

Why are there separate men's and women's days?

Comfort. People talk more easily with others in the same position. The content is identical.

Can I stay anonymous?

Yes, on a group day. Everyone agrees to confidentiality and house rules at signup, but a Zoom group can't promise anonymity. The private day is camera on.

What if the day doesn't run?

A group day runs with 2 or more people, and I confirm one week before. If yours doesn't, you can take a different date, a reduced-price private session or a refund.

What happens after the day?

Group participants get emails at day 30, 60 and 90 to keep the plan moving. Private participants get three one-to-one replies at the same points.

Is the day recorded?

No. I don't record any session, and nobody else is allowed to record or screenshot it either. AI Notetakers will not be permitted.

Will I have to share my story with the group?

No. Planning Day is a working day, not a sharing circle. You aren't asked to tell your story, name people or give details of your case. You work on your own plan in your own workbook. If you want to go deep on your own situation, book the private day.

Why do you ask for my spouse's name? What if there's a conflict of interest?

Because I practised family law for 19 years, and I take conflicts seriously. When you sign up I ask for your spouse's (or ex's) full name so I can check I'm not working with both sides of the same divorce. I use the name for that check only. It isn't shared and it isn't used for anything else. If it turns out there is a conflict, I can't run your private day, and you get a full refund.

Could my spouse end up in my group?

No. Men's and women's days are separate, and marriage in Singapore is between a man and a woman, so you and your spouse can't be in the same group. The conflict check still catches the case where you book one private day and your spouse books another service with me.

Is the private day online or in person?

Online, on Zoom
